Put these five things in the message
- 01What kind of business it is, and how many people work there.
- 02What happens today when a customer wants to book, order or ask for something.
- 03Which part of that wastes the most time, or loses you the most money.
- 04Whether you already have a website, and what it does now.
- 05Roughly when you would want it working.
You get a written summary of the problem back, then a one-page scope with a fixed price and a date. Both are free, and neither commits you to anything.
