Refunds

Custom software is not a product on a shelf. Once we start, the hours are spent and cannot be resold to anyone else, so a blanket money-back promise would be a lie. Here is exactly where the line sits.

Before work starts

Full refund of the deposit, no questions and no deduction, any time before we write the first line of code for you. Tell us within[COOLING-OFF WINDOW, e.g. 5 days] of paying and it goes back the way it came, within 10 working days.

After work has started

The deposit is not returned, because it pays for the stage that has already been built. If you stop the project mid-way:

• You owe nothing further beyond the deposit.
• You receive everything built so far, in its current state, with the source code.
• If the deposit exceeds the value of the work actually completed, we return the difference. We will show you the working, not just assert a number.

If we fail to deliver

If we abandon a project or cannot finish it for a reason that is ours, you get back every amount paid for work not delivered, and you keep what was built. If we deliver something that does not do what the scope says, we fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, the fees for that part are refunded.

After delivery

Once a system is live, accepted, and in use by your business, the project fee is not refundable. Defects are covered by the 30-day warranty in theterms. Wanting different features later is a new project, not a refund.

Monthly support

Cancel any month with no notice period and no penalty. The current month is not pro-rated, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

How refunds are paid

Back to the same method you paid with, in the same currency. Bank or transfer fees on the return are deducted from the amount, because we do not control them. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same coin at the amount originally received, not at the current market value, so you carry any price movement.

How to ask

Email youssef@yousf.pro with the project name and what happened. We reply within two working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, nothing here removes any right you have under the law that applies to you.
