This page describes what the website yousf.pro does with your data, and separately what we do with the information you send us when you get in touch. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

Yousf.pro is a two-person software studio operated by[LEGAL NAME] of [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Cairo, Egypt. For anything on this page, write toyoussef@yousf.pro.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no account system. The site is a set of static pages: your browser downloads them and nothing is sent back.

• No cookies are set by this site.
• No data is written to local storage or session storage.
• There are no forms on the site, so there is nothing to submit.
• There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social feeds.
• Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google, so your IP address is not shared with a font provider.

Because no cookies or similar technologies are used, no cookie consent banner is required. If that ever changes, this page changes first and a banner appears with it.

What the hosting provider sees

Like every website, requests reach a server. Our host,[HOSTING PROVIDER], processes standard server logs which can include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. These are used only to serve the site and to keep it secure, and we do not combine them with anything else or use them to identify you. Retention is set by the provider: [LOG RETENTION PERIOD].

Links that take you elsewhere

The site links to WhatsApp, email, and GitHub. Nothing is sent to any of them until you click. Once you do, you are on their service and their privacy terms apply, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, your contact details, and a description of your business problem. We use it to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project.

• Legal basis, where such a concept applies to you: your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to it.
• We do not sell it, rent it, share it for marketing, or add you to any list.
• Who else sees it: our email and messaging providers as part of delivering the message, and nobody else.
• How long: enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. Records tied to paid work are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] for accounting and legal reasons.

Client project data

While building a system for a client we may need access to real business data, for example a list of existing bookings to migrate. In that case we act on the client's instructions, we use the data only for that project, we do not copy it anywhere else, and we delete our working copies once the project is handed over. Where the client is subject to the GDPR, this is set out in a separate written data processing agreement before any data moves.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Ask atyoussef@yousf.pro and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security, honestly stated

Messages and files are kept in accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. That is a real measure, not a guarantee: no system is immune, and any page that promises absolute security is lying to you.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients are sent by email as well.
